Appointment and salon-service terms.
Effective August 1, 2026.
Website submissions are requests and are not confirmed until the salon responds and any required deposit is received. Services, timing, and prices may vary after consultation.
Salon policies
Cancellation
Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in loss of the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
Late arrivals
A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be available. Later arrivals may result in a shortened, rescheduled, or canceled service.
Deposits
A nonrefundable deposit may be required and will be applied to the final cost. An appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit is received.
Refunds
Completed salon services are nonrefundable. Please share concerns before leaving so the stylist can address them. Products, wigs, extensions, and merchandise are final sale unless unopened and the salon approves the return.
