When you submit an appointment request, we collect the contact details, requested service, preferred date and time, and notes you voluntarily provide. Please do not submit medical, payment, or other sensitive information.
How we use information
We use appointment information only to respond to your request, confirm availability, provide salon service, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the website from misuse.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in a protected area of the salon’s hosting account and an email notification is delivered through the salon’s email provider. These providers process information only to operate the website and communications. We do not sell appointment information.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for appointment, business, security, and legal purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion, call or text 786-541-4590. Some records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal obligations.
Security and updates
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice may be updated when website practices change.
